We report on a 69-year-old patient with post definitive radiochemotherapy (until 04/2013) and tracheostomy closure for T3N2M0 supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma. There is markedly limited elevation cutaneous radiation syndrome, scarring retraction in the area of former pronounced dysphonia.
